Once an order has been confirmed and an advance payment has been made, no cancellations will be accepted under any circumstances.
All custom, non-standard, or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled under any condition once production has started.
Due to the nature of our products (heavy materials, custom manufacturing, batch-wise color and texture variations), all sales are final. No returns or exchanges will be entertained once the product is delivered and accepted.
Variations in shade, size, finish, or texture (within industry-accepted tolerances) are not considered defects. No returns will be accepted on this basis.
